About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Growth Director for Prime System Integrator Accounts, with a focus on National Government. This high-impact leadership role is pivotal in defining and executing the global strategy for engagement with Prime System Integrator clients in the architectural and engineering design sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for client relationships, growth strategy, pipeline development, and delivery performance across the global practice. The role demands a combination of strategic leadership and hands-on account execution to drive growth, strengthen client partnerships, and ensure consistent performance. While the primary focus is on the U.S. market, the position also involves interaction with other regions, including the UK, Continental Europe, the Middle East, and Australia/New Zealand. Applicants must have a minimum of a BA/BS + 12 years' experience, or equivalent, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in working with Prime System Integrator and U.S. DOW agencies, with a strong commercial understanding of the industry in relation to infrastructure needs. Leadership experience across geographies and multidisciplinary teams, as well as a demonstrated history of success in leading accounts, complex pursuits, and multi-region delivery, are essential. The role also requires the ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional account teams, and to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and client focus. A background in advanced manufacturing and experience in the defense sector, particularly with a focus on defense systems, is preferred.
