About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Growth Director for Prime System Integrator Accounts, with a focus on National Government. This high-impact leadership role is pivotal in defining and executing the global strategy for engagement with Prime System Integrator clients in the architectural and engineering design sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for client relationships, growth strategy, pipeline development, and delivery performance. The role demands a leader who can combine strategic vision with hands-on account execution to drive growth, strengthen client partnerships, and ensure consistent performance. While the primary focus is on the U.S. market, the role also involves interaction with other regions, including the UK, Continental Europe, the Middle East, and Australia/New Zealand. Applicants must have a minimum of a BA/BS + 12 years' experience, or equivalent, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in working with Prime System Integrator and US DOW agencies, with a deep understanding of the industry in relation to infrastructure needs, contracts, and fees. Leadership experience across geographies and multidisciplinary teams is essential, as is a demonstrated success in leading accounts, complex pursuits, and multi-region delivery. The role also requires the ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams, and to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and client focus.
