Bilingual Recruiter

Salary: $45,000 annually + recruitment bonuses Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office Canadian Executive Search Group is seeking an experienced, bilingual Recruiter to join our Greer, SC office. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who is organized, professional, client-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment. Responsibilities: Recruit, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates Maintain regular communication with candidates, employees, and clients Coordinate onboarding and new-hire documentation Verify I-9 documents and assist with E-Verify processing Administer oral drug screens and initiate background checks Maintain accurate information in Google Sheets and internal systems Assist with attendance concerns and employee relations Meet recruiting goals while providing a strong candidate and client experience Requirements: Bilingual in English and Spanish required Previous staffing or recruiting experience not required but a plus Strong communication and customer-service skills Professional and confident when communicating with clients Proficient with Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, and related systems Comfortable performing drug screens, processing background checks, and completing I-9 documentation Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Reliable transportation required About Us: Since June 2020, Canadian Executive Search Group Inc. has been part of Arrow Workforce Solutions, a premier staffing provider across North America.
