Job Title: Dishwasher

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment while ensuring a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dishwashing areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors, clean workstations, and assist with general kitchen cleaning.
• Store clean dishes and equipment in designated areas.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to management.

Qualifications:

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
