Product Manager - Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / o9

seeking an experienced Product Manager with deep Supply Chain Planning expertise to lead the design, implementation, and deployment of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions leveraging the o9 platform. This role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable planning capabilities across assigned markets. The ideal candidate combines strong demand and supply planning knowledge with hands-on o9 implementation experience and a proven ability to drive cross-functional delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design, build, deployment, and ongoing evolution of IBP products for assigned markets.
• Serve as the key integration point between business, product, and technical workstreams.
• Translate business requirements into functional product requirements, process designs, and solution recommendations.
• Partner closely with solution architects, technical architects, and engineering teams to validate and deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage product roadmap development, prioritization, and feature planning aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Drive execution across multiple scrum teams while managing dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure successful adoption.
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user experience metrics while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
• Lead issue resolution efforts and adapt product priorities in response to changing business needs.
• Influence stakeholders and senior leadership without direct authority to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Consulting, Solution Consulting, or Implementation roles.
• Strong Supply Chain Planning expertise including IBP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP processes.
• Hands-on experience with o9 solutions, including implementation and business user enablement.
• Proven experience leading or supporting enterprise software implementations with o9 as a core platform.
• Ability to create functional designs and translate business requirements into process and system solutions.
• Experience collaborating with data engineers, solution architects, and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of IBP processes, system limitations, and localization/customization requirements.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery execution.
• Experience driving outcomes across cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience within CPG, demand planning, or supply chain planning environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Blue Yonder, particularly integrations with o9 platforms.
• Experience supporting global IBP transformations and multi-market rollouts.
• Background within the beverage or broader CPG industry.
• Experience managing delivery across multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related quantitative field.
• Experience balancing global planning standards with unique local market requirements.
