First City Dental is seeking an organized, professional, and patient-focused Administrative Professional with strong Treatment Coordinator experience to join our dental team in Savannah, Georgia.

This position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced office environment, communicates clearly with patients, and supports the clinical team through strong administrative and treatment coordination skills.

The Administrative Professional will serve as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth experience from check-in through treatment planning and follow-up. The ideal candidate has previous experience presenting treatment plans, coordinating care, and managing front office responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail.

• Coordinate and present treatment plans in a clear and supportive manner

• Assist patients with scheduling, financial discussions, and treatment follow-up

• Manage front desk operations including check-in and check-out

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Communicate effectively with providers and team members

• Provide excellent customer service with a courteous and professional approach

• Support daily office flow through strong organization and time management

• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental practice

• Strong administrative and front office skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
