We're partnering with a rapidly expanding consumer products company that is scaling nationwide and looking for a Supply ChainOperations Analyst to become a key member of its Supply Chain and Operations team. About the job: This role sits at the intersection of operations, planning, inventory, and analytics. You'll help ensure products are manufactured, tracked, and delivered efficiently while supporting leadership with data-driven insights. Responsibilities include: Partnering with operations leadership to coordinate production schedules and manufacturing activities Monitoring inventory levels and identifying potential shortages or bottlenecks before they become issues Tracking supplier and purchase order progress to keep projects moving on schedule Assisting with forecasting and planning initiatives to support business growth Developing reports and analyzing operational data to improve decision-making Collaborating with Finance and Supply Chain teams to optimize processes and build scalable solutions Supporting new product launches from an operational standpoint Required Skills and Experience 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Procurement, or a related analytical role Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with the ability to work comfortably with data Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mentality Experience That Will Help You Stand Out Consumer Products (CPG), Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, or Distribution experience ERPsystem exposure (NetSuiteor similar) Experience with inventory analysis, forecasting, production scheduling, or operational reporting Why You'll Want This Opportunity Join a company experiencing explosive growth and national retail expansion Work directly with leadership and gain visibility across the organization Build your career in an environment where your ideas and contributions matter Opportunity for long-term advancement as the company continues to scale Target Compensation Base Salary: $65,000-$80,000 with potential for additional incentive for exceptional candidates Please Note: This is anonsiteNew York City opportunity with one work-from-home day per week.
