This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with organizational standards while serving as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners.**Responsibilities*** Develops project and real estate plans and budgets and manages multiple projects simultaneously.* Coordinates, directs, and monitors construction and real estate activities and associated costs to ensure completion in accordance with project plans and budgets.* Serves as the owner’s liaison with internal and external parties to communicate, obtain information, and resolve conflicts related to real estate, space planning, and lease agreements.* Tracks all lease costs and escalations and supports the development of annual budgets.* Collaborates with leadership, vendors, contractors, and consultants to support successful project execution.* Ensures compliance with applicable regulations, organizational policies, and safety standards.* Maintains accurate documentation and reporting related to project and real estate activities.* Operates a motor vehicle to conduct organizational business as needed.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, real estate, or a related field preferred.* Demonstrated experience in project management, construction management, or real estate management preferred.* Licensed as a Maine State Real Estate Broker preferred.* Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) preferred.* Strong organizational, financial, and project management skills.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.**Additional Requirements:*** Valid Maine state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record as defined by organizational policy required.* Department of Transportation Annual Motor Vehicle Record Check required.## Scheduled Weekly Hours:40## Scheduled Work Shift:## Job Exempt:Yes## Benefits:Supporting all aspects of our employees’ wellness – physical, emotional and financial – is a critical component of being a great place to work.
