As the Administrative Assistant, you will support the accounting, operations, marketing, and leasing teams and fulfill reception desk and customer service duties for Belden Village Mall. To be successful, you should have Minimum of 3 years in administrative support; shopping mall property management experience is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of accounts payable processes; MRI software experience preferred. Solid written and verbal communication with tenants, customers, and ownership; ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Quick learner, skilled in time management, organization, and resolving complex issues effectively Your responsibilities as the Administrative Assistant at Belden Village Mall will include Provide administrative and operational assistance to Accounting, Leasing, Operations, and Lease Administration teams. Process tenant billing, deposits, journal entries, and assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual ownership reports. Ensure contractor and tenant insurance certificates are current; follow up on missing or expired documentation. Maintain leasing schedules, process rent payments, update tenant files, record monthly sales, and support leasing/tenant coordinators. Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, support the information booth, and manage general office tasks (copies, scans, faxes).
