About Us: We are hiring a welcoming and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors at our corporate HQ in Downtown Cleveland. Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a professional, friendly mannerAnswer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiriesManage scheduling and maintain appointment calendarsProvide administrative support to staff as needed Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
