Billing SpecialistJoin a growing organization supporting a fast-paced accounting team with opportunities to improve billing processes and contribute to operational efficiency.Work in a collaborative environment where your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will make a direct impact on cash flow and customer satisfaction.Competitive compensation and benefits.Key Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist:Prepare, process, and distribute customer invoices accurately and in accordance with established billing procedures.Maintain customer billing records and resolve invoice discrepancies by partnering with internal departments and customers.Monitor aging reports and assist with collections by researching outstanding balances and responding to billing inquiries.Maintain accurate customer data and billing information within Microsoft Dynamics 365.Generate billing and accounts receivable reports for management as needed.Qualifications of the Billing Specialist:3+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or related accounting experience.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required.Experience in the energy, industrial, manufacturing, or engineering industries is a plus.
