Job Title: Lead Technician

Job Location: 2625 S. Washburn Street, Oshkosh, WI 54904

Job Description: Responsible for All Assigned Demolition, Cleaning, Remediation, Mitigation, and/or Other Assigned Tasks.

Compensation: Hourly position with competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, YMCA membership, uniforms/vehicle/tools/phone provided by the company at no cost to the employee, and a 401k plan with company match. The pay range is $15 - $25/hour and is based on experience as well as the potential for overtime rates, bonuses, and commissions on top of hourly pay

Hours: 40 hours per week, M-F 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with opportunity for overtime, bonuses, and commissions

Experience: Candidates must have a High School Diploma and/or G.E.D. Previous restoration experience is preferred but not required, and IICRC Certifications are highly regarded
