Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician with a strong background in HVAC/R systems - commercial systems are preferred, but residential is welcomed. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is dependable, technically strong, and able to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service in a variety of commercial and industrial settings.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including:
• Air conditioning units
• Refrigeration equipment
• Boilers
• Gas heating systems
• Ventilation systems
• installation
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
• Diagnose electrical problems within HVAC equipment
• Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports documenting work performed and parts used

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Minimum 5+ years of HVAC service experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools, including refrigeration gauges, combustion analyzers, and related equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience in related trades
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills with clients and team members
• Proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving
