Wenger Construction's Service Division is expanding, and we're looking for experienced roofing service technicians to join the team. You'll work as part of a two-person crew delivering top-tier repairs and small projects across Wisconsin, with the training and support to keep growing your skills toward a World Class Customer Experience.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on commercial roofing systems
• Repair and replace roofing materials using hand and power tools
• Read and interpret blueprints for accurate repairs and installs
• Estimate project costs and materials needed for roofing jobs
• Collaborate with your crew to deliver a world-class customer experience
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols while working at heights

What You Need

Required:

• General construction experience
• Valid driver's license required
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools specific to roofing and construction
• Capable of heavy lifting and working in various construction site environments

Desired:

• - Strong understanding of roofing systems and construction processes
• - Ability to read blueprints and perform construction estimating
• - Experience in carpentry, concrete forming, and fabrication
