Customer Service Representative – Palmer Hamilton (Elkhorn, WI)

Schedule: Full-Time

Palmer Hamilton, LLC, a leader in design-forward, turnkey furnishing solutions for K–12 and commercial environments, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. This role provides essential support to customers, dealers, and internal partners by managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales and fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer, dealer, and vendor inquiries
• Respond to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, orders, and company policies
• Process quotes and purchase orders; support the order entry workflow
• Update and maintain customer data and project details in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Proactively communicate order status updates, including backorders and delivery timing
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Support reporting needs and assist with customer documentation requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
• 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred (manufacturing or B2B experience a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
