Job Description
Our district office with Farmers Insurance is hiring a driven and competitive Telemarketer to generate leads and set appointments for multiple agents.
This role is designed for individuals who want to break into sales and grow into a long-term career. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where performance is recognized and rewarded.
Responsibilities
Make 80–120 outbound calls per day
Set qualified appointments for insurance agents
Track daily activity, conversations, and results
Follow scripts while maintaining a natural, confident tone
Work collaboratively in a competitive team environment
Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly goals
Requirements
Strong communication and phone skills
Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
High energy and positive attitude
Coachable and willing to improve daily
Sales experience is a plus, but not required
