$45,000 - $60,000 yearly Responsibilities:

Generate accurate insurance quotes by leveraging accurate data, customer information, and available insurance rates Gain insurance agent self-sufficiency by collaborating with your mentor on confidence and skill-building Create new and continued business by uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products Drive sales among potential clients by making phone calls, composing text messages, and sending emails regularly Present prospective customers with the best insurance policy options to meet their needs after assessing their individual circumstances and goals Handle customer inquiries Sell and solicit/provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications:

Candidates must clear a background check Proven leadership and communication skills Job seekers must already have or be willing to get their state Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people One year of experience working in sales or as an insurance agent beneficial Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be willing to obtain an Insurance License About Company At Farmers Insurance, our employees set the tone, drive our strategy, and create world-class customer experiences.
