What We're Looking For: Assists with the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing the physical and/or administrative tasks of shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm $20.00 per hour *$1500 Retention Bonus after 6 months of employment with Zebra. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality, and prepare orders for shipping with precision Conduct inventory counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain organized, accurate inventory records Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Mentor and train less experienced warehouse staff, promoting adherence to company procedures and best practices Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all safety protocols and standards Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflows and meet productivity goals Take initiative in resolving issues, adapting to changing priorities, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks Key Skills and Competencies: Basic computer skills Must be at least 18 years old Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and order processing Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures Action oriented and resourceful Minimum Education or Equivalent: No diploma required; Basic math and reading/writing skills are needed Minimum Work Experience: 1+ years of relevant work experience Physical Demands: Medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds Physical Activity: Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like : Occasionally Working from heights such as roofs, ladders, or powered lifts: Occasionally Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including awkward or tight and confined spaces: Occasionally Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time: Frequently Stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, reaching, pushing, or pulling: Frequently Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another: Constantly Adjusting or moving objects up to 40 pounds in all directions: Constantly Communicating with others to exchange information: Constantly Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, or fingers: Frequently Operating machinery or power tools: Frequently Operating motor vehicles, industrial l vehicles, or heavy equipment: Occasionally Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned: Constantly Equal Opportunity Employer: Zebra is an equal opportunity employer. Incentive Compensation: In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
