CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Burlington, MA. We are seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers who can provide quality in-home support to clients. Both short- and long-hour shifts are available, with opportunities throughout the week.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment

• Follow individualized care plans and client routines

• Communicate client needs or changes in condition to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

• Able to work short or longer shifts as scheduled
