Salesforce Techno-functional Manager

12+ years of overall experience with at least 6 years in Salesforce

Drives innovations to improve customer service at account level

Experience in Team and Stakeholder Management

Self-driven and motivated individual who can take support Solutioning/ proposals for varied opportunities

Liaison between delivery teams and senior Leadership team

Accountable for identifying project risks and working with stakeholders on mitigating those

Implement the appropriate Governance & escalation model for all the projects/assignments

Requires understanding of Salesforce functionality and integration methods. Ability to guide and explain Salesforce functionality to the business

Must be able to lead technical requirements gathering session, oversee and approve creation and maintenance of application and system documentation used in design, testing or programming efforts and manage the integration process

Interaction with Clients key Business and Technical stakeholder for Solution Designing and Architecture

Identify and implement right design pattern for the solution

Hands on with salesforce configuration/coding along with integration using RESTSOAP

Provide technical guidance to the development of Salesforce.com applications to support business and product strategies

Proficiency in Salesforce.com development environment including Force.com IDE, migration tools, SOSL, SOQL, and web services

Meet with the business and technical team to gather and document Salesforce enhancement business requirements. Create BRD's (Business Requirement Documents) and NFR's (Non-Functional Requirements)

Participant in testing to ensure requirements have been met, convert unit test scripts into business UAT scripts

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking
