Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe, and compassionate patient care throughout all stages of rehabilitation, ensuring that each treatment aligns with best practices for orthopedic conditions.

• Implement personalized treatment programs based on comprehensive evaluations and established plans of care, focusing on rehabilitation goals tailored to individual patient needs.

• Conduct thorough evaluations, including detailed history reviews and specific assessments, to establish accurate baselines and actionable recommendations for patient progress.

• Document all patient interactions with precision, maintaining clear and comprehensive records that include initial evaluations, daily encounters, progress summaries, and discharge plans, supporting a seamless continuum of care.

• Stay compliant with relevant state, local, and federal regulations by completing all mandatory training and maintaining current licensure.

• Collaborate effectively with team members, patients, and families, fostering a respectful and communicative environment that enhances patient engagement and satisfaction.

• Participate in facility meetings and professional development opportunities as directed, sharing insights and contributing to the continuous improvement of clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic predominantly serves individuals experiencing orthopedic issues stemming from sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, and age-related conditions. You will be responsible for delivering tailored therapy to both acute and chronic injury patients, helping them navigate their recovery journey with empathy and expertise.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• A valid physical therapist license is required in the state of Florida.

• American Heart Association's Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy is preferred, with a proven track record of enhancing patient outcomes.

• Experience working in a rehabilitation center setting is highly beneficial.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and evidence-based treatment methodologies is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
