Each day involves assessing patients, delivering evidence-based physical therapy treatments, monitoring results, and helping patients work toward realistic functional goals.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesComplete physical therapy examinations and evaluationsIdentify mobility, strength, balance, and movement limitationsBuild treatment plans around each patient's condition and rehabilitation goalsProvide therapeutic exercise, functional training, and appropriate manual techniquesWork with orthopedic and post-operative rehabilitation patientsMeasure patient progress throughout the course of treatmentMake adjustments to therapy programs when clinically appropriateEducate patients on exercises and strategies they can use at homeMaintain clear treatment notes and patient records
