You will work alongside a caring and collaborative team of healthcare professionals dedicated to achieving positive patient outcomes. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art tools and technology designed to enhance treatment efficacy and provide a comfortable healing environment for our patients.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct initial evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, medical histories, and treatment needs.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies, including therapeutic exercises, hands-on therapy, and advanced rehabilitation equipment.Utilize various modalities to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and facilitate recovery from injury or surgery.Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans in response to their evolving needs and outcomes.Educate and train patients, families, and caregivers on effective rehabilitation techniques, the use of assistive devices, and exercises to complete at home.Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as attending workshops and training sessions, to stay current in best practices and advances in physical therapy.Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on patient care strategies and support continuous improvement initiatives.Patient Population / Client FocusOur patient population encompasses individuals requiring rehabilitation following injuries, surgeries, or chronic health conditions. You will work closely with a diverse group of patients, adapting treatment plans to cater to their unique challenges. By fostering strong therapeutic relationships, you will create a positive and motivating environment conducive to their recovery and progress.QualificationsBachelor's degree (DPT preferred)—valid state license required.Strong interpersonal skills that foster effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and tracking patient progress.Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient care.Preferred ExperienceA minimum of 2 years experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.Familiarity with outpatient physical therapy practices and protocols.Experience with specialized treatment modalities, such as aquatic therapy or manual therapy, is a plus.Compensation and BenefitsThe role offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
