Number 1 Insurance is a rapidly expanding agency with a wide selection of property and casualty products, and we're looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record in commercial insurance to grow new accounts and build a long-term career. No license required - Experienced preferrable . We provide a steady stream of leads and a supportive team to help you succeed in a quota-driven environment. For the right candidate, there is also an immediate opportunity to manage a small satellite office.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate New Business: Actively pursue and acquire new commercial accounts, with qualified leads provided by the agency.
• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, providing fast, competitive quotes and exceptional service.
• Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Client Support: Handle high call volumes with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
• Administrative Tasks: Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage client information and sales pipelines.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Proven success in commercial insurance sales is a plus but we are willing to train and help sponsor the right candidate!
• Skills: Strong sales abilities, a goal-oriented mindset, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
