The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building a substantial book of business, with a focus on mid-market clients. Compensation Package Competitive salary, commensurate with current earnings. Attractive commission structure: 40% on new business and 30% on renewals. Two-year validation period to ensure a smooth transition and success. Responsibilities Build and maintain a book of business, with a target of bringing over at least $250,000 in revenue. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and grow the existing portfolio. Focus on mid-market accounts, with an emphasis on real estate while remaining open to other industries. Collaborate with a skilled service staff to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. Qualifications/Requirements Proven experience in commercial lines sales, with a demonstrated ability to build and manage a book of business. Strong knowledge of the real estate sector and the ability to write across various industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a hybrid work environment.
