Contract Recruiter

Role Description The Contract Recruiter will work remote in San Jose, CA or Northern California, supporting end-to-end talent acquisition. This contract role includes partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, drafting and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, and screening resumes and applications. The person in this role will conduct interviews, coordinate hiring panels, manage candidate communication, and guide applicants through the selection process. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate recruiting data, ensuring a positive candidate experience, collaborating with HR on offers and onboarding, and adhering to all relevant employment laws and internal policies. Qualifications Strong recruiting and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate pipeline management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders. Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR processes, and relevant employment laws and regulations. Ability to work on-site in San Jose, CA, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
