This 113-bed facility is located approximately 10 minutes outside of Eugene, Oregon, and provides pediatric services across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department settings. The facility maintains established protocols and dedicated support staff, including OBGYN, to support quality care delivery for pediatric patients. A structured call-based coverage model is in place to ensure continuous availability for both routine and higher-acuity pediatric cases.

Springfield, Oregon offers a range of entertainment and cultural experiences, including live music venues, independent cinema, and historic architecture tours. The area features outdoor recreation at Lake Springfield, wood-bat baseball at Carleton Davidson Stadium, and trails for hiking and biking. Dining, antique shows, and a variety of recurring local events round out the options available to visitors throughout the area.

The pediatric hospitalist will provide 24-hour off-site call coverage with morning rounding responsibilities across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department settings at an on-site facility in Springfield, Oregon, with shifts running 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM. Clinical responsibilities include performing neonatal resuscitation, responding to pediatric emergency department consults, and attending certain births as required. Board certification in pediatrics is required for this assignment. Required certifications include NRP and PALS.
