Onsite in Massillon

Availability to work 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) or 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM), primarily for sanitation work

$28.45/hr, plus $1.50 Shift Differential (2nd and 3rd shift)

What You'll Bring:

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a food manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to develop effective repair plans
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs unassisted, standing, bending, climbing, and walking
• Proficiency with manual, power, and safety tools used in maintenance tasks
• Familiarity with handling chemicals safely, following SOPs and SDS guidelines
• Diligence in adhering to all safety and food safety protocols
• Experience with Preventative Maintenance programs
• Knowledge of building and facility equipment maintenance
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and respond to emergency repair needs promptly
• Must be drug-free and committed to maintaining a safe, compliant workplace
