Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries during the overnight shift. Managing reservations and processing payments accurately. Performing nightly audits of daily transactions to ensure accuracy. Monitoring the hotel premises to maintain a safe and secure environment.
