• Active Delaware license as a Speech-Language Pathologist – CCC required

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other service providers to support student success
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and team discussions as needed
• Adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of a diverse student population
