Seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to make a meaningful impact in an elementary school setting. This full-time, onsite position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated educational team, deliver direct services, and help young students succeed.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Delaware SLP license/certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Direct experience supporting elementary-aged students
• Skilled in providing speech-language therapy, conducting student evaluations, and developing IEP goals
• Knowledgeable in progress monitoring and clinical documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to working the full scheduled day without flexibility for late arrivals or early departures
• Reliable transportation to the school location

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group speech-language therapy to elementary students
• Conduct speech/language, voice, and fluency evaluations as needed
• Develop, participate in, and manage IEP meetings, while setting and assessing goals
• Monitor student progress and maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate proactively with teachers, related service providers, school staff, and families to support student goals and classroom integration
• Adapt and assist flexibly, as caseloads may shift according to district needs

This contract position runs through June 2027, with standard hours of 8:45 AM – 4:15 PM, allowing for a consistent schedule and connection with your students.
