Desktop Support Specialist 3

Job Title: Desktop Support Level 3 Position Details You will report to the Regional Distribution Center (RDC). Position hours are Monday‑Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. On‑call duty for the Dobson manufacturing site occurs on a 2‑week rotation with the team. Training takes place at the Dobson location for 2weeks before moving to the RDC. Qualifications and Success Factors Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Experience supporting technology in warehouse and distribution settings, including shipping, receiving and inventory movement equipment. Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, endpoint management, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, networking, and enterprise applications. Excellent diagnostic skills, root‑cause analysis, and implementation of long‑term solutions. Clear communication of technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Professional enforcement of IT policies, security requirements, and support procedures while maintaining a positive customer experience. Familiarity with warehouse environments, tools, and equipment. Experience and Education Typically requires a minimum of 4–6years of related experience and a high school diploma, certificate, or equivalent.
