This role is responsible for maintaining accurate waste profile records, validating shipment data, reviewing regulatory documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable environmental regulations. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional data entry accuracy, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality data. Attention to Detail is Critical: All submissions must include a basic typing/data entry test result for review. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Update internal databases and SharePoint/shared sites with new, amended, and recertified waste profiles. Maintain approvals, Notification of Treatment Standards (NTS) forms, and related documentation. Perform technical reviews of waste profile information for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Review DOT, RCRA, Land Disposal Restrictions (LDR), and other regulatory information for consistency. Validate shipment and waste tracking data. Generate, maintain, and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel. Research, verify, and correct data discrepancies. Maintain accurate documentation while meeting quality and productivity standards. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure regulatory documentation is current and complete. Follow established procedures while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
