CRISIS MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST Location: Tacoma, WA Our Approach Our clinical teams work in families' homes, in community settings, and at an office site. We are a values‑driven organization that provides family‑oriented behavioral health care for children, youth, and families primarily in their own homes and communities. What We Offer Starting Base Salary Range: $86,611.20 - $96,345.60 New hire sign‑on bonus: $3,000 and relocation assistance Collaborative supervision and extensive training in multiple clinical approaches First Responder pay: $1,800 per year Crisis Team Member differential pay: $125 per pay period Performance pay: up to $8,000 per year Licensure pay: $250 per pay period (twice per month) Bi‑lingual stipend: $100–$200 per pay period (twice per month) for Spanish and other language services Benefits: 12 paid holidays plus one personal holiday, 3 weeks vacation, 12 sick days, medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance (one times annual salary), 403‑B employee savings plan and employer pension contribution Daily and weekly supervision and support with your Clinical Supervisor as needed Responsibilities Provide mobile crisis response to children and youth in crisis, meeting families in hospital emergency rooms, community settings, or homes. Collaborate with families and hospital staff to deliver integrated care and develop safety and stabilization plans, aiming for children to remain in home when possible. Maintain flexible scheduling to meet the needs of youth and families, operating out of the Tacoma office and serving in community‑based and home settings. Engage in high‑level collaboration, coordination, and intensive behavioral health services; partner with families and community supports to achieve long‑term safety and stability. Qualifications Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent, accredited. Knowledge of WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) principles or crisis response strategies preferred. Passion for helping families stay together. Energetic, innovative style with ability to engage children, youth, and families. Enthusiastic, optimistic approach encouraging participation. Strength‑based approach, appreciating unique qualities of all involved. Flexible schedule and willingness to participate in on‑call rotation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated cultural competence and ability to work in multicultural settings. Ability to assess safety in the community and home settings. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, acceptable driving record, and automobile insurance. Background clearance prior to offer.
