About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of AI Strategy & Operations to play a pivotal role in the effective and responsible integration of AI across the organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with shaping the enterprise AI strategy, setting practical standards, and guiding investments to enhance work processes and deliver tangible results. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with practical AI experience, capable of collaborating with business and technical leaders to prioritize AI opportunities, support experimentation, and provide a clear view of progress, costs, and risks. The Head of AI Strategy & Operations will also be responsible for leading AI governance, establishing technical standards, and ensuring that AI adoption aligns with the company's goals and values. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' experience in AI, AI strategy, or technology strategy, with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives. Practical experience with AI technologies, including large language models, and the ability to prototype and assess AI solutions are essential. The role demands strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build trusted relationships and lead through collaboration. A background in enterprise SaaS, GovTech, or a regulated environment is preferred, along with experience in security, risk, or compliance teams. The Head of AI Strategy & Operations will be expected to have relevant credentials in AI governance or equivalent practical experience, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
