We're looking for Masters in Public Health (MPH) professionals to help us get health right. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your knowledge of epidemiology, biostatistics, health equity, and policy directly shapes how millions of people will receive health information from AI systems. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design Complex Public Health Scenarios — Create advanced, realistic challenges involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and statistical interpretation of clinical trials to stress-test AI reasoning. Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses that synthesize peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and current guidelines from authoritative sources like the CDC and WHO. Audit AI Health Content — Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for factual accuracy, bias, and adherence to ethical standards. Identify misinformation and logical gaps in the AI's reasoning. Refine AI Reasoning — Provide structured feedback to help AI models distinguish between correlation and causation, and improve how they communicate health risks to diverse populations.
