Job Title: CNC Machinist

Pay: Starts at $24+/hour

Shift: 6:00am to 2:00pm (flexible start time)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist who can thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist and/or Manual Machinist, capable of setting up both CNC and manual lathes according to blueprint specifications.

Responsibilities

• 3+ years of CNC lathe and mills experience
• Set up CNC and manual lathes according to blueprint specifications, selecting appropriate fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials.
• Manufacture products using CNC and/or manual lathes, ensuring they meet all specifications.
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators to verify product accuracy.
• Make necessary adjustments to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure equipment is well-maintained.
• Ensure safe work practices are consistently followed.

Work Environment

Work in an industrial, refractory setting with a daylight shift offering a flexible start time, from Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mars, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
