As a CNC Machine Operator at CMC, you will be a key contributor in bringing our precision parts to life for our clients by operating advanced CNC equipment to produce high-quality components that meet exact specifications! Familiar with production processes and understands job packet documents Must possess the ability to perform in-process measurements and keep parts in statistical process control Responsible for machine daily maintenance checks and scheduled preventative maintenance Must be able perform and manage multiple tasks and/or priorities and easily adapt to changing situations Perform a variety of general maintenance & shop work, work flexible hours as needed and handle additional tasks as assigned; Responsible to maintain a clean and orderly work area Adhere to Employee's responsibilities outlined in Cygnus' Health & Safety Policy Required Experience Qualified applicants must possess general shop skills and experiences; Knowledge of machining techniques and methods; High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); Additional Vo-Tech or Technical school training and previous manufacturing experience required; Frequent lifting or moving of materials up to 50 lbs.; Ability to stand for long periods of time, work in a manufacturing shop environment (hot, cold and/or noisy areas); Frequent hand to finger movement & repetitiveness, handle, feel objects & tools, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking and hearing ADA Disclaimer: Cygnus Manufacturing Company (CMC) will make reasonable accommodations in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
