Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid Nursing-ORT or Certified Surgical Tech licensure (as applicable)
• Previous experience in operating rooms or surgical settings preferred
• National certification for surgical technologists preferred for applicable roles
• Demonstrated skills in surgical asepsis, instrumentation, and patient safety
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Typical Responsibilities:

• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and environments
• Scrub in and assist surgeons during operative procedures
• Ensure accurate count of instruments, sponges, and equipment before and after procedures
• Collaborate effectively with surgical and nursing teams to provide patient-centered care
• Maintain compliance with infection control protocols and documentation standards

$1,694 - $1,792/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
