Field Service Technician - Laboratory Products

Performs installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of lab measurement and weighing equipment with minimal assistance, while providing on‑site and occasional remote support to customers. Ensures high customer uptime, accurate documentation, and supports sales of service and products. Key Responsibilities Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair lab instruments following procedures and customer requirements. Troubleshoot independently, escalates complex issues, and maintain accurate service and timekeeping records. Maintain accurate inventory of parts, tools, and materials to support efficient service delivery.
