Job Title: Ophthalmic Technician Vision Center Location: Beverly Hills, CA Facility: Cedars-Sinai Medical Network (CSMN) Duration: 13 Weeks (Travel Contract) Job Summary Seeking an experienced Ophthalmic Technician to support a busy outpatient Vision Center by performing ophthalmic testing, assisting physicians, and delivering quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Prepare patients and exam rooms Obtain medical history and document in Epic EMR Perform visual acuity, auto-refraction, tonometry, visual fields, OCT, Fundus Photography, corneal topography, and other diagnostic eye tests Administer dilating drops as ordered Assist ophthalmologists during examinations and procedures Educate patients on ocular medications and post-procedure care Maintain ophthalmic equipment and supplies Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Ophthalmic Technician experience Ophthalmic Technician Diploma from an accredited program High School Diploma/GED Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Epic EMR experience (Required) Optos imaging experience (Required) Experience with ophthalmic diagnostic testing, patient preparation, and documentation Preferred Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) Experience with intravitreal injections and basic ophthalmic procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr
