This is in the insurance industry, but we hire star performers, not backgrounds. If you have the stuff, we'll know. Will train someone who has everything we want.Small base, but huge performance rewards to get you to $80,000 and beyond each year.Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start. Must be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter and communicator, and a solid closer. Come and build your own empire within our exciting agency.Job ResponsibilitiesMeet new business production goals and objectives as established.Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.Develop and cultivate ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Dealers, etc.Earn, and then ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.Maintain knowledge of new products.Be outstanding at relationship building.Job RequirementsPossess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.Be a fantastic presenter.Confident, self-starter who works well independently.Career minded vision.Willing to spend 75% or more of time on the phoneIf you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please complete our application.The first step of our interview process is to complete an online assessment.
