Maintenance Technician - Level 3

Mobile TechnicianOur client, a leading facilities management and real estate services company, is seeking a Mobile Technician to join their team. As a Mobile Technician, you will be part of the Engineering & Technical Services team supporting multiple 5/3 Bank facilities throughout Northern Kentucky and the surrounding area. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Mobile Technician Location: Northern Kentucky (within 30 miles of 3003 Dixie Hwy, KY/OH area) Pay Range: Up to $45.65/hourWhat's the Job?Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities across multiple sites.Conduct building inspections and complete general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.Review, prioritize, and complete assigned work orders while tracking progress and completion.Support the installation, repair, and modification of facility equipment and building systems.Travel between facilities within a 30-70 mile radius to maintain safe and efficient building operations.What's Needed?5+ years of maintenance experience in commercial, residential, or facilities environments.Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and residential HVAC systems.EPA Universal Certification and a valid Driver's License.High school diploma or GED required; trade school training preferred.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; iOS experience is a plus.What's in it for me?Competitive pay rate up to $45.65/hour.Independent work environment with a company vehicle travel-based role.Opportunity to gain experience supporting a major banking client.Potential assignment extension and possible long-term opportunity.Work with a respected global facilities management organization.If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
