Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour call coverage with hospital rounds
• Consult with 2 to 3 patients per call shift
• Conduct 2 to 3 phone consultations per shift
• Maintain an average callback rate of 30%
• Focus on general urology for adult patients
• Perform procedures including PCNL, ureteroscopy, incontinence treatments, and ESWL
• Respond to calls within a 30-minute timeframe
• Potential for ongoing coverage opportunities

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate ranging from $220.00 to $275.00
• Rates are estimates and influenced by factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications
• All-inclusive rates cover base pay along with potential earnings from overtime, call, and holiday work
