• Demonstrate: Lead product presentations and test drives, highlighting vehicle safety, craftsmanship, and ride quality.

• Facilitate: Partner directly with clients through trade-in evaluations, present structured purchase and lease options transparently, and ensure a seamless delivery process.

• Retain: Utilize advanced digital tools to maintain consistent, professional follow-up, cultivating a lifetime book of business for repeat sales and referrals.

• Aggressive High-Volume Pay Plan: 30% Commission paid off Gross profit.

• Strong Floor Protection: $300.00 Minimum Commission per unit ("mini") to protect your time and effort.
