Job Description This position supports Credit Officers in the underwriting, monitoring, and management of their portfolios. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end processes involving credit underwriting, ongoing monitoring, and portfolio management of financing, treasury management, and traded products transactions. The role acts as a primary liaison with credit teams, operations, and other business partners. Responsibilities Coordinate pre- and post-closing activities such as due diligence, creation of approval documents, and interactions with operations. Monitor requirements by creating and clearing monitoring ticklers and sourcing required financial statements and other documents per the terms of the credit agreement. Identify and resolve data quality issues. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Understand policy and procedures and ensure compliance. Required Qualifications Knowledge of credit guidelines and lending procedures. Experience with underwriting systems. Credit documentation verification skills. Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Role: Level II or III (subject to manager’s discretion) Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Pay and Benefits Pay location: US - MA - Burlington, 25 Burlington Mall Rd (MA9025) Pay range: $31.00 - $49.30 per hour, based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
