Nurse Practitioner (Full or Part Time) – Outpatient Palliative CareBerkshire Health Systems is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Outpatient Palliative Care team serving patients across Berkshire County. This is an exceptional opportunity for an NP who is passionate about improving quality of life for individuals living with serious illness and working collaboratively with specialty practices and primary care teams to deliver coordinated patient-centered care.About the RoleProvide outpatient palliative care consultation and longitudinal management for patients with serious illnesses, particularly in pulmonary, cardiology, and complex chronic conditions.
