Warehouse Associate

Position Summary:The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations at the MBC Equipment & Training Center. This role works closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure accurate inventory control, efficient material handling, and timely support of field and shop operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining organization, accountability, and readiness of equipment, tools, and parts. As MBC continues to develop its parts and supply chain capabilities, this role will collaborate with Supply Chain personnel. Be able to multitask in a fast paced changing environment. Key Responsibilities Safety FIRST in all tasks, planning, and daily activities.Always appropriate PPE for the task at hand: Steel toe Boots, Safety Glasses, gloves, hearing protection, High-Vis Garments and other items as required. Support warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate distribution of tools, parts, and supplies. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and tool crib. Represent the Company in a professional manner.Duties: Assist with restocking supplies and parts.Perform parts lookup and assist with ordering.Fill orders for Lube Techs and Field Foremen.Receive and inspect shipments.Load/unload trucks. Maintain inventory in system (WASP).Assist Entering Filter & Parts Data in E360Add incoming itemsRemove outgoing itemsTrack tool check-outs Maintain organization and storage.Duties continued:Support future Supply Chain operations.Improve inventory processes.Communicate with shop and field teams.Follow safety policies.Qualifications:Education:High School Diploma or equivalentExperience:1-3 years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferredExperience with inventory systems (WASP or similar) preferredBasic mechanical or parts knowledge preferred (construction or heavy equipment environment a plus)Forklift or material handling equipment experience preferred (or willingness to be trainedWorking Conditions:This position is based at the MBC Equipment & Training Center warehouseRequires the ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift regularlyAbility to lift and move materials up to 50 poundsWork may be performed indoors and outdoors in varying conditionsOccasional extended hours may be required based on workload and operational needsExposure to dust, noise, and typical warehouse conditionsThis job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the associate(s) incumbent in this position.
