Center Manager / Rehabilitation Manager - Rocklin, CA

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program (CAPTE or equivalent for foreign-trained PTs).

Current state licensure/registration.

Active CPR certification (must be maintained during employment).

Current TB test as required by state regulations.

Strong organizational, time-management, and leadership skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Sound clinical judgment and prioritization skills.

Ability to coach, mentor, and supervise staff members effectively.

Problem-solving skills with the ability to create and implement action plans.

Proficiency with Windows-based software (Word, Excel).

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Deliver high-quality PT or OT treatment within the state Practice Act.

Evaluate, treat, and delegate skilled interventions appropriately.

Document patient goals, progress, and medical necessity accurately and on time.

Complete required documentation for pre-certification or treatment extensions.

Maintain strong, respectful communication with patients, families, physicians, and care teams.

Stay current with continuing education and research unfamiliar diagnoses or procedures as needed.
