We are seeking an OPERATIONS TEAM LEAD to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations and manage employees. Weekend shifts pay an additional $2/hr.
Responsibilities:
Manage and improve operational practices
Allocate resources and materials to meet business needs
Provide daily operations oversight for team members
Qualifications:
Previous experience in operations or other related fields
Strong project management skills
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong leadership qualities
Previous employment managing employees
